Following instruction is valid for international delivery only to China, Taiwan, Hong Kong and South Korea. If you are willing to shop from other countries, contact us through our contact form and we will get back to you with how we can proceed.
What are the basics?
EMS is available for all countries that we ship to. And in other words we can ship only to countries that are listed on the EMS shipping country list.
Where does UNIONINI ship? / How much does delivery cost?
UNIONINI currently ships to China, Taiwan, Hong Kong and South Korea. Shipping to these countries costs 3,500JPY. (*EMS costs by weight but we apply flat rate for lighter / heavier order.) If you need any assistance or you are willing to shop with us from other countries, please inquire us where you wish to shop from so we can answer to you.
Can I track my order?
Tracking is available on EMS. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link for your parcel once shipping is dispatched.
When will my order be delivered?
Your order will take a few business days to proceed. Delivery time varies on its destination. Please see following estimated shipping time for a reference and kindly know that it may take longer than following days.
*Delivery time may be the subject to change due to Covid-19.

Please note: the above estimates don't include processing time. Please allow some business hours to receive your shipping confirmation with tracking details. During weekends and holidays in Japan, your orders will be held until we resume our regular work.
Will my parcel be charged customs and import charges?
In most cases, any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. You may be charged for handling fees and taxes as your order passes through customs. Any charges on a parcel must be paid by the person receiving the parcel. Please kindly be aware that we have no control over these charges and we can't tell you what the cost would be, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country.
